The Business Analyst will enable data-driven decision-making across lubricant manufacturing, supply chain, and sales operations.
The role focuses on collating data from multiple systems (ERP, CRM, plant tools), performing deep operational and commercial analysis, and translating insights into actionable dashboards and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze plant operations (OEE, cost per MT/KL, downtime, yield losses).
Monitor inventory, procurement, and supplier performance.
Conduct sales and profitability analysis across products and channels.
Collate data from ERP, CRM, and plant systems.
Build dashboards using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
Identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
5–10 years’ experience in manufacturing analytics (lubricant/FMCG/process industry preferred).
